CRAVE’S September Top Ten

We’ve rounded up our top ten must haves for the month of September.

1. Tom Dixon gift set of 3 scented candles from Selfridges – £75

Tom Dixon has long been a game changer in design, influencing not only his industry but also the high-street, with iconic pieces designed to be treasured. We know it says gift set but we reckon this trio of scented candles from his Eclectic range would feel at home in our office interior.

2. Eugenia Kim Tan Leather Cap from Liberty – £255.00

Liberty London is an institution, mixing heritage with impeccable edits of discovery labels and luxury accessories you won’t find anywhere else. This is no exception.

3. Pencil from 53 – from £49.99

Hailing from the next generation of smart gadgets, the Pencil is so much more than the name suggests. Designed to work with your iPad letting you draw directly onto the screen and with clever features such as surface pressure sensitivity coming this fall with iOS8, we’ll probably wonder how we ever did without it.

4. BODYISM Daisy Contour stretch-jersey sports bra from Net-a-Porter – £55

Part of the cult BODYISM brand, “a blueprint for a long, lean, healthy body” we reckon we’re half way there just donning this high performance bit of kit. OK, maybe not quite. But we’re firm (no pun intended) believers that there’s no better way to motivate yourself back into the gym than a few brand spanking bits of garb.

5. NIKE Benassi Solar Solf Slides – £34

The fact that these were exclusive to NIKE Lab and have already sold out is testament to their covet-ability, so we just couldn’t resist putting them in our top ten anyway. Whether you wear them with socks or not… These are a must own. Happy hunting.

6. Calibre ULTRA’GO mini Power Charging Station from Apple – £39.95

More than just a way to extend the battery life of your iPhone, this little beauty will charge your iPad and iPod too. Just think of it as a (battery) life saver for all your Apple devices.

7. Commes Des Garcon Super Fluo (Blue/Green) from Dover Street Market – £65

Often copied, never surpassed, the CDG signature half zip wallet is still the king of practicality with a high fashion twist. The SUPER FLUO line is the next update. With contrasting knockout shades on the outside and the lining, we’d be fighting the urge to whip this out.

8. Voo Berlin Sweater from Voo Store – £82.21

One of our favourite online stores Voo Store Berlin have teamed up with Parisian label BWGH to create a range of exclusive sweatshirts. Available in three colourways, there’s plenty to be tempted by. Need we say more?

9. Andy Warhol Catalogue Raisonné, Volume 4 from Phaidon Press – £295

As coffee table tomes go, this is right up there with ‘TOM FORD: Ten Years’ in the bragging rights department. The book is yet to be released so we’re hoping to score extra points by ordering it before it’s shipped on the 8th September.

10. Limited Edition 3.1 Phillip Lim x NARS Nail Collection from Harvey Nichols – £15

In an age of seemingly endless designer collaborations this is one we are genuinely excited about. Celebrating a catwalk partnership at NYFW that’s spanned 7 years and 14 seasons, the nine shade collection is inspired by ‘colours that exist in the shadows’. Just in time for the grey Autumn weather.
